I set up, configure, tune and monitor self-hosted infrastructure — Minecraft servers, AI agents, monitoring and backups — on your machine or your VPS. You own every file, every config and every backup, and you can move it whenever you like.
Each one is a fixed-scope setup on your own infrastructure. You keep everything, and there's nothing to cancel.
Paper or Fabric installed as a service, tuned for your player count and RAM, with a plugin set that matches what you actually play.
A real agent on your server — tools, memory, scheduled jobs and an OpenAI-compatible API your own tools can talk to.
Monitoring that tells you when something is actually wrong, and backups you've seen work because I tested the restore.
Real screenshots from a live stack I run myself — not mockups. The monitoring, dashboards and server tooling you get are the same ones running here.
Four steps, no account to create, nothing recurring to cancel.
Server OS, RAM, player count, and what you want it to do. A short message is enough.
SSH access to the target machine — and nothing else. I work only on your server.
Setup, configuration, backups, monitoring, and a written runbook covering every moving part.
A walkthrough call, the docs, and the scripts. Then I drop access entirely.
Every file, config, backup and dashboard is yours. Move it, scale it, or delete it.
30 days of questions included. Ongoing care only if you want it — never required.
No. Everything is set up on your own hardware or your own VPS. I don't resell hosting, so there's no monthly fee, no lock-in, and nothing to cancel. If you need hosting, I'll recommend what fits — but I don't take a cut of it.
SSH access to the machine, the intended usage, and your preferences. I ask for no other access, and I remove my key when the job is done.
No. A small cloud model works fine on CPU, and if you have a GPU I'll wire it up for a local model instead. I'll tell you which makes sense for your budget and traffic before I start — not after.
Yes. Your data stays on your server. If you use a cloud model API, only the prompts you send leave your machine, and I'll tell you exactly what that means. I can configure it to run fully local instead.
You get 30 days of support after delivery, included. After that, ongoing maintenance is a separate service — but it is never required, and nothing about your setup depends on me staying involved.
Yes. Most of my work is for people on a home connection or a cheap VPS. If what you have won't keep up, I'll say so before taking the job instead of after.
